Löhma / Thüringen

Our support is needed in Thuringia as well. Near Löhma, on a plateau-like area of the Thuringian Slate Mountains, a 1.5-hectare plot of fallow land is waiting to be reforested.

The former spruce monoculture has fallen victim to drought and bark beetles.

The forest owner already did everything in his power to address the situation here in the fall of 2024 and was able to plant over 1,000 seedlings as a first step. Now, with your support, we would like to reforest the rest of the area and transform this fallow land into a healthy, sustainable mixed forest.
